Red Piedmontese Wine
VITIGNO BARBERA DEL MONFERRATO DOC MONCASSINO – It is pure Barbera, whose grapes are harvested in boxes after a careful thinning and then vinified in steel according to the most modern technologies. Our Piedmontese red wine takes its name from the region where the vineyards currently were replanted near the farmhouse.
The color is ruby red with light purple nail, the nose shows aromas of flowers and fruit, in particular rose, violet and ripe plum.
On the palate it is intense and ample.
Glass: goblet
Oxygenation time: 2 minutes making it rotate in the glass.
Our Piedmontese red wine, thanks to its good structure and acidity, accompanies splendidly dishes such as roasts, boiled meats and game, as well as cheeses and even seasoned cold cuts.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% vol. SERVE AT 18 ° – 20 ° C.
